The first option you've got with Épure is case size. Both 38mm and 42mm cases are available, and at only 10.4mm thick with short lugs, both cases sit nice and tight on the wrist. In addition to choosing which size you prefer, each is also available in both white or rose gold with either a white or brushed silver dial.

As you would expect from Boucheron, a brand best known for their high jewelry, there are myriad little details finishing off each Épure. Pointed sapphire cabachon, possibly the shape for which Boucheron is best known, sit at 12 o'clock and in each crown. Plus there are double gadroons (rings) on each dial and around the edge of each case, recalling late nineteenth century Parisian architecture.
Girard-Perregaux Caliber 4000 with Boucheron Decorations
Looking through the sapphire caseback you'll see the Boucheron-finished movement, which is a Girard-Perregaux caliber 4000. The winding rotor has a cut out in the same champagne cork motif that you find stamped on the inside of all Boucheron jewelry and the power reserve is approximately 40 hours.
